Complete a nomination form for each individual or agency. You are welcome to nominate as many as you see fit. Only one person or agency can be nominated per form.

Categories for submissions include: Clinician, Patient Advocate, Pharmaceutical Executive, Medtech Executive; Academic/Basic Researcher and Agency Impact Award

Submissions will be acceptedon a rolling basis and innovators will be selected for each issue of Obesity Innovator magazine.

Life Sciences Obesity Collaborative Staff will select finalists to be included in future issues of Obesity Innovator magazine.

Think beyond the C-Suite. While C-Suite executives may be at the forefront with leading innovation from the company purview, we want to also focus on those in the trenches. A clinician, researcher, or life sciences executive doesn’t need to be senior to meet our criteria, and we encourage recognition of rising stars as well as senior executives.
